This was quite possibly the most I had ever laughed during a session— Kenny and her dad had me in stitches the whole time. It’s quite amazing we got any serious expressions at all! Kenny is an absolute doll, and I am so excited to hear that she’s heading to Hope College in the fall (currently my favorite college in the world, but I’m a little biased). Have a great year, Kenny!
I love it when my Seniors bring in special elements that reflect their family heritage, and I think that Avneet struck the perfect balance in her session. Three years ago, I had the pleasure to photograph Avneet’s older sister, and so we decided to echo some of the feel of that session here as well. What a beautiful family!

Photographing Gabrielle was such a joy — and an amazing experience for me! Never before have I been serenaded with a honest-to-goodness harp concert while taking senior pictures… Gabrielle is an incredible talent with years of hard work in Grand Rapids Youth Symphony and StageGR productions.
