The National Association of Professional Child Photographers (NAPCP) is proud to announce Carrie Chaffer of Grand Rapids, Michigan as a 2013 International Image Competition winner. Chaffer competed against thousands of image entries and claimed the third place spot in the Seniors/Tweens category, with her piece “Geographic.” She also received a Recognition of Merit award in the same category for her piece “Autumn.”

Designed to recognize the world’s most successful child photographers, the NAPCP Image Competition called for images across a range of category subjects including Maternity, Newborn, Babies, Children, Siblings, Toddlers, Tweens, Seniors and Family. Image submissions were carefully judged by a blue-ribbon panel of experts based on impact, technical merit, composition and creativity.

As an Image Competition winner, Carrie will receive a medallion, priority listing on the NAPCP directory, vendor endorsements, NAPCP member points, titles and professional recognition. Additionally, Carrie will be qualified to win NAPCP’s prestigious Photographer of the Year award which will be announced in the coming weeks.

CLIENT RAVES –

We’ve had sooo many remarks from this card.  Words like “best ever” … And I sent this Christmas card to everyone!  And Brady was getting his hair cut tonite & I opened his pic you posted on Facebook so the stylist could see the cut he wanted.  She hardly noticed his hair but went on & on about the picture! Thank you, Carrie!

CLIENT RAVES –

Our experience with Carrie Anne Photography was exactly what we were looking for. Carrie does beautiful work and we were so impressed with all of the pictures that we had seen on her website and from various friends. We wanted the same, but also wanted to make sure that the true essence of our Claire (a 13-year old 8th grader) showed through. She captured Claire’s personality perfectly with her beautiful smile and sparkling eyes. Carrie was professional and timely but also fun and put my daughter at complete ease with herself and the process as a whole.
