Kennedy was absolutely flawless in her senior session — we had so much fun that day! And WOW! The wildflowers were really in full bloom! Loving the colors in this first image!

I’ve been blessed to have the opportunity to photograph Alaina several times now, and I think each session is more beautiful than the last! Thank you for letting me be a small part of your senior year!

This was quite possibly the most I had ever laughed during a session— Kenny and her dad had me in stitches the whole time. It’s quite amazing we got any serious expressions at all! Kenny is an absolute doll, and I am so excited to hear that she’s heading to Hope College in the fall (currently my favorite college in the world, but I’m a little biased). Have a great year, Kenny!

I love it when my Seniors bring in special elements that reflect their family heritage, and I think that Avneet struck the perfect balance in her session. Three years ago, I had the pleasure to photograph Avneet’s older sister, and so we decided to echo some of the feel of that session here as well. What a beautiful family!

Photographing Gabrielle was such a joy — and an amazing experience for me! Never before have I been serenaded with a honest-to-goodness harp concert while taking senior pictures… Gabrielle is an incredible talent with years of hard work in Grand Rapids Youth Symphony and StageGR productions. And more importantly, she is a kind, thoughtful and all-around beautiful human being. Congratulations on your graduation from Grand Rapids City High! I can’t wait to see where your next chapter takes you!

“Effervescent” is a word that comes to mind when I think of Olivia — wow, what an up-beat and positive young woman! It had been a joy to get to know Olivia and her fantastic family over the last few years, and I am sure she is going to excel in her college years at Baylor University. So excited for you!

A candidate for most fashionable senior session — this was amazing, Isabella! Thank you!

I love it when girls can show a range of styles in their senior sessions, and Kendall sure did just that! From classic sophistication, to playful to sporty, Kendall covered it all. Congratulations on your graduation from FHC and good luck at Michigan State University in the fall!

Kristen’s senior portrait session had a little bit of everything: Classic styles, flowering fields, rustic village locations and urban architecture. The end result was not only a great set of images of a lovely young lady, but Kristen’s personality captured in keepsake photo art for her family to enjoy for years to come. Thank you, Kristen, for letting me be a part of your senior experience!

I’ve known Connor’s family for his entire life, and so I know how proud they all must be of this young man’s many accomplishments. Good luck, Connor, as you head off to Emory University in the fall— you’re going to go so far!
